University Industry 4.0 Intelligent Practical Training Demonstration System Project

This project is to meet the teaching needs of the production line of the intelligent training room of the School of Advanced Manufacturing, Sun Yat-sen University, Shenzhen Campus, our company builds a digital twin industrial virtual manufacturing simulation system, through the twin model real-time synchronous simulation of veneer FCT automatic test production line production action, to improve the quality of teaching and learning, to provide a more advanced and intuitive demonstration of the teaching content.

 Digital twin industry 4.0 intelligent training demonstration system production line integrated “generalized FCT test platform + collaborative robot + loading and unloading mechanism”, to achieve the PCBA single board of different sizes and specifications for the increase of the FCT test point fully automated testing, test data information sharing and management, automatic loading and unloading and identification of good / bad products and other production needs, and through the replacement of different PCBA corresponding fixtures and fittings, editing platform software configuration and loading mechanism to transfer the size of the test report output. It also realizes the rapid switching of automatic test requirements for different PCBAs in the production line and outputs test reports by replacing the corresponding fixtures and jigs of different PCBAs, editing the software configuration of the platform and transferring the dimensions of the loading and unloading mechanism.
